The following promotion applies from the 10th of June of 2020 until the 21st of June of 2020 at 23:59h or until one condition of those outlined in paragraph C is met (what happens first):
A. The user will receive a benefit of R$500 (five hundred brazilian reais) in Rappicredits (sea paragraph F) for purchasing a Samsung S20 128GB (in either one of the available colours) through Rappi’s Marketplace.
a. The Rappicredits might be used for purchasing products or services inside Rappi’s marketplace with the exception of the “Entregas” service or RappiPrime subscriptions.
b. Rappicredits for this promotion are not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.
c. Users might redeem Rappicredits during the 180 days following the creation date of the order for which this promotion.Once this period passes Rappicredits from this promotion will expire.
d. Rappicredits will be charged to the user’s Rappi account in a maximum period of 24 hours once the order is finished successfully. In case the user does not receives them in this period he/she should contact Rappi’s customer support in order to do the corresponding claim.
B. All Rappi users are eligible for the promotion as long as they are inside the coverage area of the partner’s stores in which the promotion applies and fulfill those conditions detailed on paragraph D. Additional conditions established by the partner might apply.
C. The delivery is subject to the availability of the products in the partner’s stores for which the promotion applies. The promotion is valid as long as the product is available in the partner’s stores in Rappi, the limit of 50 sold units is reached or until 21st June of 2020 at 23:59h, what happens first.
D. The user recognizes and accepts the information provided and registered on Rappi’s platform is trustworthy and is absolutely accountable for fraudulent information. In that case Rappi reserves the right to cancel orders without previous notice.
E. Rappi reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, any order that, due to its characteristics, does not fulfill the established conditions for the promotion to apply.
F. Rappicredits are in-app credit for purchasing in Rappi’s platform equivalent on a 1:1 conversion to BR reais (R$1=1 Rappicredit). Their usage might be limited to designated categories depending on the characteristics of the promotion in which they are used as well as their expiration date.
